Hi, I’m Bret and welcome to my website. I am a video producer, photographer, designer and musician living in Saint Joseph, MO. I moved to the twin cities in the summer of 2001. I attended the McNally Smith School of Music in St. Paul MN, earning my associates degree in Music Business as well as an associates degree in Motion Imaging.
After graduation I started working independently and have had the opportunity to work on several amazing projects. I have produced videos and worked along side: Nora Greenwald (The WWE’s Molly Holly), Blestenation, Kottonmouth Kings, The Dirtball, U.S. Senator Norm Coleman, KARE 11/Metromix.com, The University of MN, Best Buy, Microsoft, David Hull, Flipp, St. Joseph, MO Area Chamber of Commerce, Whitetail Junkies, Posh Studios Mpls as well as numerous others.
Through music I have had the chance play along side of some of my all time favorite artists and tour the country making documentary DVD’s and capture tons of amazing photographs. I spent 4 years writing, recording and performing along side my good friend and brother in music Mike Hietala in the band Smokey Bogart. I am currently putting together a group of musicians here in my home town of Saint Joseph, MO to play some of my original music. You can find me out at open mic jams Tuesday’s at Magoons and Thursday’s at Bottoms Up both in Saint Joseph.
